Health Plan

Nsight offers two PPO options and one HRA option, allowing you to customize your health plan based on your personal needs. All three plans offer 100% coverage for preventative services (In Network), and the option to utilize the flexible spending program for any additional out-of-pocket costs.

Dental

Nsight offers a PPO option for dental at a very affordable cost to you. PPO options are great because they offer the flexibility of going to the dentist of your choice.

401k

Nsight offers an outstanding 401k matching contribution! As long as you contribute 2% to the plan, Nsight will contribute 6% to the plan on your behalf. This is one of the best and most competitive plans offered by any company, and we take it a step further by offering it to our part-time employees as well.

Personal Time Off

Nsight’s PTO offers our valued employees the opportunity to relax, rest and revitalize themselves. As an Nsight employee, you start receiving vacation after the first day of employment. More than three weeks of PTO is offered in your second year of employment.
